Crafted with tequila blanco, strawberry purée, double cream, fresh lime and natural agave, it is the perfect summer serve to enjoy before or after dinner.

Tacos with Friends x Paddy Maher
Tacos with Friends returns to Ixchel this month with Paddy Maher, chef and content creator known for his seafood-focused cooking and viral dishes on Instagram.
Former Head Chef of Michelin Guide-listed Island and Pearly Queen, Paddy has created a Michelada tostada that brings together bright flavours, fresh seafood and bold, refreshing influences inspired by two iconic drinks.
The collaboration celebrates a shared passion for creativity, seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavour, bringing Paddy's contemporary approach to seafood to Ixchel's Mexican-inspired kitchen.
Just 20 portions will be available every Tuesday evening from Tuesday 7th July.

Discover Antes de las Cinco, a relaxed afternoon moment inspired by the vibrant flavours of Mexico. Available Tuesday to Friday, 3–5pm, enjoy a selection of £5 tacos and quesadillas.
Choose from dishes including the Ensenada Taco with Mexican lager batter, pickled cucumber and carrot, and scotch bonnet crema; Prawn Adobado Quesadilla with refried beans, molcajete sauce and pickled red onion; and Pork Rib Taco with smoky chilli glaze, avocado purée and pickled radish.
Pair your food with a £8 Tommy’s Margarita made with Tapatio Blanco tequila, lime juice and organic agave.
